• Job Details:1. Lead and manage a skilled team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all security systems. This includes assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. 2. Oversee the troubleshooting, servicing, and corrective maintenance of X-ray systems, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues while minimizing operational disruptions. 3. Ensure strict compliance with contract terms related to maintenance services, encompassing service level agreements (SLA), availability, prioritization, data verification, report submission, and efficient time management to meet deadlines. 4. Oversee the completion of scheduled preventive maintenance activities and field modifications to ensure the continued reliability and compliance of security systems. 5. Monitor the consumption of spare parts and manage the ordering process to maintain adequate inventory levels. 6. Oversee the procurement of materials and resources necessary for daily operations and ensure they are effectively managed to meet operational needs. 7. Providing detailed performance reports to the Area Service Manager, confirming compliance with SLA and KPI, identifying operational issues, forecasting future workload, and assessing associated risks. 8. Monitoring the site budget, overseeing performance-linked payments, and ensuring the collection of maintenance service invoices with approx. 5.5 million SAR monthly. 9. Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance training program aimed at enhancing the technical skills of existing employees and improving the onboarding process for new hires. 10. Educate and enforce strict adherence to company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, providing coaching and support to team members to ensure compliance and preparedness of contingency plans.

• Job Details:✓ Responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance for production lines. ✓ Responsible for troubleshooting of Aseptic and Downstream Machines. ✓ Have valuable experience on packaging machines SIG Combi Bloc (112,124,1224,209,310,312) ✓ Leading maintenance team and recommend corrective actions to ensure proper production flow. ✓ Execute all machine inspection and provide frequent reports. ✓ Supervise, provide and execute preventive maintenance actions. ✓ Analysing chronic breakdowns to reach the root causes using lean tools (5 why, fishbone, pareto chart) ✓ Support and participate with continuous improvement teams in their projects. ✓ Responsible for submitting the yearly maintenance budget and tracking spare parts stock ✓ Participate in new installation and commissioning of machines. ✓ Utilizing SAP maintenance module. ✓ Ensuring achieving my department KPIs (MTBF, MTTR). ✓ Comply with all company policies and regulations for Quality, GMP, Safety & Hygiene.
