• Job Details:Develop brand strategies with marketing and creative teams, including positioning, messaging, and target audience identification. - Create and maintain the brand's visual identity, including logo, typography, color palette, and other visual elements. - Establish and enforce brand guidelines for the consistent use of brand assets in marketing and communication materials. - Produce high-quality design assets for digital platforms, print collateral, packaging, advertising, and social media. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute creative concepts and campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and values. - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand strategies and visual representation align across different channels. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for brand development. - Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and external agencies to maintain brand identity and standards. - Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to evolve the brand's visual identity. - Ensure design deliverables meet the highest quality standards, including accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
