• Job Details:1- Receving raw materials : Samples shall be taken from all raw materials that are included in the production for analysis and to ensure that they comply with the specifications and ensure that they are stored in the store in an appropriate manner (cleaner the store and free of insects and ensure the efficiency of the work of refrigerators and follow the temperature daily). 2- Inspection for all product process .from raw materials to finished product as procedure: Check the cleanliness of the equipment by following the CIP and taking the swabs after washing and follow the cooking temperatures and take appropriate measures in the event of a defect , as the samples are taken from the cooking equipments and follow the product during the packing of the temperature , shape , size and defects of the formation and take immediate action to repair defects Control is also done on engineers, technicians and workers who are responsible for filling the product, taking swabs, testing the air for the production hall and cooking area, and taking appropriate measures for any defect. 3- Taking samples: every hour we take a sample from each production line for analysis and to be valid for use, Shelf life samples are taken to follow the product on the market. 4- Preparing Media: Preparation of the necessary media for analysis, measurement of ph, sterilization and conservation until the use. 5-Analysis Products (Micro) Samples are analyzed (SAG-Total count-Strepto-Bacilus-Mold-Yeast-Coliform) 6-Analysis Products (Chemical): Samples are analyzed (fat-Dry mater-Protein) 7-Making reports:Chitat is done for each test 8-Inspection shelf life: Products stored in the normal atmosphere are periodically inspected until the product has expired and a daily report is performed on the results of the examination
