• Job Details:r ° Overall responsible for handling the Airport Service. ° Handling Ramp duties. ° Completes written and electronic reports and forms. ° Assists in preparation for and handling emergency situations ° Provide Customer Support over phone and call management. °Solve the passenger's problem and motivate the under command employees. ° Responds to aircraft and other airport emergencies and performs duties as directed ° Implement all air crafts' arrival procedures, Prepare the Departure Gate of the flight. °Work on ticketing systems for most airlines Such as Amadeus, I port, and Pegasus system  °Working in lost & found field.
