I am one of the co-founders of this app and serve as the company’s Chief Product Officer. Because Controlcast is a startup company with limited human resources, I have had to take on a wide variety of responsibilities. These include: ● Manage and interface with development team daily regarding completion of all project tasks, including development on all platforms (Android, iOS, web services, Customer Management System) and identification/resolution of all open bugs ● Develop and implement a quality assurance testing system to ensure developer delivers project with the required specifications ● Develop and implement a business development strategy that includes B2B, B2C, and social media activity ● Pitch the business to potential strategic partners and investors
