• Job Details:Quality Assurance specialist(IPC of solid, semisolid dosage forms and packing of pharmaceutical products) and validation process parallel with the documentation of those mentioned processes -preforming daily calibration of the equipment used for IPC testing. - dealing with QC and assuring the right application of GLP and follow up with the results. -assuring the right application of GMP in the production area. -Handling the documentation of the IPC and the batch records. -Writing deviation reports (NCRs) and planning the CAPAs and follow up to assure it's effecacy. -participated in IQ-OQ-PQ for some new macines and equipment in the factory. -I was a part of the internal audit team. -I was training myself on APRs to be able to preform a complete reviews. -preforming the process validation for change controls, pilot patches and first three production batches.
