• Job Details:a. Drafting, reviewing, modifying all types of contracts and agreements according to company's interests and policies, in accordance of the applicable laws. b. Providing legal consultations to the company's departments and branches in all aspects to strengthen the company's documentary system and make it as efficient as possible. c. Undertaking proper legal procedures to protect the company's interests. d. Follow up on all occurring legal modifications relating to industry issues, reports them to the direct report/management to assess their impact on the company. e. Establish an organized and efficient filing and legal reference system to facilitate the retrieval of information. f. Preparing for BOD, AGM & EGM and drafting its minutes.
