• Job Details:• Source potential candidates from various online channels • Screen incoming resumes and application forms • Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview • questions, and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs • Design and update job descriptions • Negotiate job offers with successful candidates and manage the onboarding process • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies • Preparing forms 1,2,6 and dealing with external offices
