• Job Details:- Supervise maintenance program implementation. - Review job orders to determine work priorities. Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production and supply. - Review and responding to breakdowns and diagnosing faults. - Responsible for spare parts management system with required assessments, categorization and ordering for different facility equipment spare parts. - Issue Standard Operation Procedures for the new machines and revise the existing describing preventive maintenance tasks needed. Geely New Project: - Supervised the installation and commissioning of the Geely production line, ensuring compliance with technical and operational requirements. - Addressed and resolved challenges related to communication, documentation, and equipment placement during the setup phase. - Coordinated with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and operational readiness of the production line.

Automation Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Provide automation support in the planet for the production team and ensuring the acquisition of best-in-class machinery aligned with business objectives and company safety and quality standards. - Familiar with CMX, EMS, and CMMS. - Provide support for calibration team to calibrate the machines

Automation EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Programming PLCs (S7-300, S7-1500, and S7-1200) and HMI using TIA Portal, SIMATIC Step7, WinCC (SIEMENS), and DOPSoft (Delta HMI). - Designing and programming SCADA systems to monitor and enhance system performance. - Preparing related documentation (FS, user manuals, wiring, and parameter lists). - Writing detailed technical reports. - Troubleshooting and modify in some machines as Uhlmann C150, Uhlmann C2205, CAM5, GUK machines as client requirements. Projects: 1- GSK (GlaxoSmithKline Giza Plant): Creating a SCADA system using AVEVA (Insdusoft) to monitor and control for all topicals section which including 4 machine and redesign 4 HMI for each machine and some modification in the machines PLC (S7-300). 2- GSK (GlaxoSmithKline Giza Plant): Adding 9 air velocity sensors on current SCADA on Sterile Zone and create the project in PLC and validate the machine. 3- SERVIER: Integrate and inspection system in CAM machine (barcode) to verify the barcode on carton and reject the bad code carton PLC s7-1200. 4- P&G: Programming windows applications using LabVIEW to interface with industrial cameras in P&G to check the batch and MGF date and EXP date on carton. 5- HEINZ: Inspection system for check the label on glass line and jar line contains 6 cameras and PLC S7-1200 and this project has two different types of movement (rotary and straight) and program the shift of rejection and make it modifiable from HMI.
