• Job Details:Recording Transactions: - Journal entries: recording financial transactions in a journal before posting to the general ledger - Invoices: capturing sales and purchase invoices in the system. - Bank transactions: recording bank deposits, withdrawals, and fees. • Account Reconciliations: - Ensuring accuracy by matching transactions in the general ledger with external statements (bank statements, loan statements, etc.). - Investigating and resolving discrepancies. • Account Maintenance: - Chart of accounts: organizing accounts for easy reference. - Account updates: adding, modifying, or deleting accounts as needed. - Account analysis: reviewing account balances for accuracy.
