• Job Details:Led the implementation of the 'Strengthening Quality Inclusive Early Learning and Institutional Capacity within Nepal's School Education Sector' project, ensuring adherence to British Council processes and tools. Oversaw project activities, conducted risk assessments, and proposed necessary adjustments. Prepared comprehensive weekly, monthly, and annual reports, and managed data collection for monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL). Cultivated strong relationships with the Ministry of Social Development, Education Coordination Unit, schools, palikas, UNICEF, and the British Council to facilitate project success. Provided technical assistance and training on inclusive education to local governments and schools, enhancing their capacity to implement effective strategies. Fostered partnerships at provincial, palika, and school levels to amplify the project's impact and strengthen the British Council's reputation in the region. Managed project finances and resources efficiently to ensure effective implementation. Organized workshops, seminars, trainings, and meetings to disseminate project findings and promote knowledge sharing. Actively promoted equality and diversity in all project activities, aligning with the British Council's EDI policy.

District Project Coordinator

• Job Details:Led Girls Empowerment Mainstreaming Sustainability (GEMS) project management in Surkhet district, overseeing project activities. Conducted capacity building training for local government officials, CLC members, school teachers, SMC, PTA, gender focal teachers, school boys and girls on quality education, inclusive education, gender responsiveness, child protection, life skills, planning, school management, GIEN implementation, and digital skills. Collaborated with 3 palika, Karnali province government, CLCs, community schools, and conducted various activities at the community, provincial, and palika levels. Formed and network coordinated with school, palika, district, and provincial-level GIEN networks, YLCS, and youth volunteers, providing technical support, capacity building, and community mobilization. Advocated for gender-responsive and inclusive education policies at Lekbasi, Bhariganga, and Gurvakot municipalities. Supported girls empowerment 40 PGLs, 350+ club members, and adolescent girls, focusing on EDGE, English, digital skills, social skills, self-efficacy, life skills, and agency. Coordinated with the provincial-level GIEN and all Surkhet district palika-level networks through regular meetings and capacity building programs. Coordinated with the Minister of Social Development MOSD's social development and education departments and conducted provincial and palika-level programs.
