• Job Details:•Preparation and Animation of HSE inductions and safety meetings. •Animation of tool box talks. •Supervision and inspection of all equipments and vehicles used in the site. •Participation in the permit to work meeting (validation and revalidation) as well as the preparation of risk assessments related to activities. •Participation in the SIMOPS Meeting. •Supervision and inspection of subcontractor’s activities. •Supervision of different works and operations on site. •Checking various isolation certificates and type of isolations (electrical, mechanical and process). •as tests (testing techniques, use of measuring equipment ….). •Preparing Reports of accident / incident. •Writing HSE reports daily / weekly / monthly. •Audits of permit work in Site in progress and verifying the implementation of all the measures mentioned in the permit. •Ensure dissemination of HSE procedures and emergency procedures.

HSE TechnicianFull Time

• Job Details:• Preparation and Animation of HSE inductions and safety meetings. • Animation of tool box talks. • Supervision and inspection of all equipments and vehicles used in the CPF. • Participation in the permit to work meeting (validation and revalidation) as well as the preparation of risk assessments related to activities. • Participation in the SIMOPS Meeting. • Supervision and inspection of subcontractor’s activities. • Supervision of different works and operations on site (Construction, Commissioning and operations). • Checking various isolation certificates and type of isolations (electrical, mechanical and process). • Participation in various tests of all safety (Fire & Gas) systems (detection: fire, smoke, gas and heat), extinction (deluge, CO2, water and foam) and different levels of emergency shutdown, safety valves SDV and BDV, the audible and visual alarm at the CPF & wells and manifolds field of Berkine (FGS, OP, GDM, WS and WI) with the Regulator Hydrocarbon Authority ARH. • Gas tests (testing techniques, use of measuring equipment ….). • Preparing Reports of accident / incident. • Writing HSE reports daily / weekly / monthly. • Audits of permit work in CPF or Off-Site in progress and verifying the implementation of all the measures mentioned in the permit. • Ensure dissemination of HSE procedures and emergency procedures.

Main Fire Fighting TechnicianFull Time

• Job Details:• Supervision of hot work (maintenance, connecting pipelines, construction 3rd pipeline Ø 48"). • Control and periodic verification of different fire system (extinguishers, fire hydrant, sprinkler: water CO2, deluge) on the different sites GEM: TAOS, DTHR, BVS, CS2, all security camps, local technical warehouse. • Regular participation in exercises and simulations of the fire fighting and rescue with fire team Sonatrach and civil protection teams. • Participation in the development of intervention and emergency plans. • Audit and verification of hot permits on the different sites. • Awareness of staff on the topics of the fire fighter, emergency management. • Daily and weekly inspection of the vehicles and machines fire fighting. • Periodic inspection of camps and communal areas. • Permanence Fire: day shift / night shift.
