• Job Details:1- Establishing & modification all kind of Companies at government Authorities and the General Authority for Investment ( GAFI ) . 2- follow up all of administration works that subsequent to companies establishing process. 3- Draw up and review various kinds of (OGA), (EGA) and contracts . 4- have a strong background in the legal corporate matters , having extensively advised upon, negotiated, drafted, and reviewed related documentation. 5- Drafting, Reviewing, amending contracts based on agreed terms wich related to corporate business. 6- Obtained work licencese for forigen employees & foreigners residency visas. 7- Real Estate Registration.
