Job Details:The company is an Authorized service center for Mercedes Benz, Reporting to General Manager, I managed two separate branches with team of 24 persons Maintain the most economical and sufficient stock level of spare parts Responsibilities: - Review reordering, check the stock level. - Control the V.O.R order until the delivery. - Supervise the purchasing from the local market with reasonable prices in short time. - Control the warehouse: • Ensure the putting the spare parts in right places according to location system. • Check the steps of receiving the requested items from work shop until delivering the available items, also ordering missed items from local market. • Suddenly checking (inventory daily or weekly) for random items. • Check and control the documents flow with each sector warehouse and part department.
