Cost Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Establishing a version of the project budget that is consistent with how the money will be spent. - Prepare projects baseline and Budgets (narrative reports daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports). - Supervise projects execution Review company manpower and collect the Actual Cost from the accounting Systems. - Prepare the breakdown for the BOQ items. - Receive and review tender/bid documents, BOQ, Specifications and drawings - Preparing and checking of invoices and claims from Owner, suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. - Send RFQ to the suppliers & subcontractors and follow up with them to get their offers. - Evaluate and identify the most suitable offer from suppliers which is technically and financially accepted after preparing comparison sheet. - Calculate the Estimate at completion and Estimate to Complete depend on trends (Forecasting the project's budget). - Control and Monitor project total expenditure including verifying. Civil SITE ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details: Ensure that materials used meet specifications and established standards of quality. Review the performance of contractors to ensure contract compliance review and interpret discipline. Review and interpret design drawings and specifications to ensure current revision level. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force. •Supervise the implementation of all construction activities (Hotel, Fences, Mosque and Commercial area). Proceeding and Reviewing all steps of works ( excavation - RC raft - retaining wall- cores - slabs - etc )
