Operations Manager

• Job Details:Overseeing inventory levels, tracking stock and ensuring timely reordering to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Managing warehouse staff; recruiting processes, training, performance management and any other general employee related matters. Liaising with stakeholders. Monitoring of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement, streamlining of processes to reduce costs and increase productivity.

Employee/Labour Relations Manager

• Job Details:Overseeing the general management of the organisation’s human resources department. Developing company policies to ensure compliance with the labour relations act. Monitoring company and workforce adherence to labour agreements. Mediating discussions between employer and employees and/or employee representatives in attempt to reconcile differences. Training managers or supervisors on topics related to labour relations, such as working conditions, safety and equal opportunity practices. Ensuring that the company complied with statues such as: labour relations act, basic conditions of employment act, employment equity act etc. Reviewing employer practices and employee data to ensure compliance with contracts on matters such as; wages, working hours and general conditions of employment. Drafting company’s labour-related legal documents such as; employment contracts, company rules and regulations, founding and opposing affidavits, disciplinary warnings, notices of termination of employment contracts, notices of disciplinary hearings etc. Preparing and chairing internal disciplinary hearings. Preparing for and attending all CCMA/bargaining council matters between the company and any aggrieved employees. Drafting risk assessment. Reporting to directors.
