• Job Details:- Continuous Improvement: Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity. - Prioritize projects based on critical needs, then developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents. - Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with local, national, and international health, safety and environmental regulations. Stay updated on changes in regulations and ensure that the organization adapts accordingly. - Risk Assessments: Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential risks in the workplace. Develop and implement measures to mitigate or eliminate these risks. - Contractor Safety Management: Ensure that contractors and third-party service providers comply with safety and environmental standards while working on-site by confirming Permit to Work (PTW). - Audit and Assessment: Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the HSE management system and recommend improvements. - Work with multi-functional and multi-national team: to achieve project goals and work closely with other engineers and technicians. to analyze and troubleshoot process problems so as to make continuous and permanent improvements - Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid future occurrences. - Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, first aid, and crisis management. - Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions for employees on health, safety, and environmental matters. Promote awareness and create a safety culture within the organization. - Safety Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to identify and rectify potential hazards. Ensure that safety equipment and procedures are in place and functional. - Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Assess the need for and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment. Monitor and enforce compliance with PPE requirements. - Safety Committee Participation: Participate in safety committees or meetings to discuss and address safety concerns and initiatives. Act as a liaison between management and employees on safety matters. - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and safety-related activities. Prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory authorities as required. - Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations, maintenance, and human resources, to integrate safety practices into all aspects of the organization. - Behavior-Based Safety Programs: Implement and manage behavior-based safety programs to encourage safe working habits among employees. - Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Assign responsibility for executing plans to key subordinates, conducting careful assessments to leverage their qualifications and strengths effectively. - Provide input: For performance reviews and development plans for subordinates, fostering professional growth within the team. - Monitor and report: the progress day-to-day routine work of all project activities, highlighting significant milestones and identifying conditions. - Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality control and assurance teams to ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards. Implement measures to prevent defects and deviations in the manufacturing process. - Delegate tasks based on the individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels of junior staff members. - Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flowcharts. - Create detailed project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members, providing a roadmap for successful project execution. - Use visual tools such as spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document project needs and enhance understanding.
