• Job Details:As QA/QC Manager, overall management of the Quality Department and wholly responsible for the administration and successful implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP)Ensures that the approved PQP is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Feedback to the Project Manager on the performance of the PQP and monitors KPIsPlans Internal Quality Audits and follows up on corrective action for timely closureUpdates and controls the distribution matrix of Quality documentsDeals with ANAS ANCRs/MUOs/UOs and SC NCRs/ONs until closure statusChairs internal QA/QC meetings to identify problems relating to the construction process and QMSCarries out Vendor Pre-qualification Audit and prepares report; Expedites the timely preparation and issuance of project quality deliverablesEnsures calibration certificates are currentAttends Kick-Off Meeting for sub-contractor to explain QA/QC controls to be adopted/practicedConducts trainings and familiarization to site personnel.

• Job Details:As QA/QC Manager, overall responsible for the administration and successful implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP), lead the Quality Department and managed all activities related to QA/QC in a manner that achieves project quality requirements within the cost and schedule targets set by the Company while maintaining quality, constructability, operability and maintainabilitySet up project-specific Project Quality Plan (PQP) and provided support to operational and functional departments through development of guidelines, policies, procedures, work instructions and quality forms in line with the Client/Project requirements and from several alternatives in accordance with best industry and sound engineering practicesScheduling, planning, executing, and reporting of Project Quality Audits, Quality Surveillance activities and maintaining Register for tracking until proper dispositionEnsuring that internal NCR’s are raised whenever nonconforming conditions are identified, reported, documented and verifying implementation of corrective and preventive actionsProviding necessary interface and coordination with Client Representative regarding quality issuesEnsuring that all inspection and testing at the site are performed by trained personnel and are in accordance with the contractual requirementsEducating Subcontractors/Vendors to follow the project quality requirements at the site by conducting Quality Awareness Induction prior to starting site works Participating in various meetings (Weekly Quality Meeting and Weekly Progress Meeting) at the site with Client to discuss quality related issuesEnsuring that verification process pertaining to the quality aspects of received equipments and materials are performed effectively and documented in accordance with Delivery, Site Handling and Storage proceduresEnsuring that all quality records (Calibration, Manufacturer’s Warranty, etc) of purchased equipments are available and properly compiled at the site officeProviding inputs to the Monthly Progress Report (MPR) on quality related issuesReporting QA/QC activities to the Quality Manager at the home office (Samsung HQ in Korea) through the Weekly Quality ReportMaintaining close communication with the Construction Manager with regard to site quality matters through Daily Coordination MeetingProviding support to the Procurement Department by developing supplier qualification program and conducting supplier quality surveillanceParticipating (as Observer) in overseas (Qatar and Kuwait) Product Assessment (Composite Jacking Pipes and Polycrete Jacking Pipes) by Materials Engineering Directorate of the Bahrain Ministry of WorksOrganizes and facilitates Factory Acceptance Tests with Client and SupplierAssisting the Commissioning Team in developing Commissioning Plan, Commissioning Work Packs, Equipment Validation, Functional and Wet Test and during Site Acceptance Test of the PlantDeveloped project specific Closeout Procedures for project completion handoverPreparation of Handover Documents for Taking Over.

• Job Details:As Sr. QA/QC Engineer, coordinates with the Project Manager on all quality related issues by advising status of audits, non-conformities, and corrective actions takenEnsuring that project staffs understand the quality requirements and managing preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP)Coordinating preparation of and reviewing all Quality Control Procedures/Work Instruction, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans) and follow-up for its approval and monitor the proper implementationEnsure proper coordination of inspections with Clients representative, site subcontractors and vendorsVerify and check that quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standardsControl all non-conformance reports and recommend remedial actionEnsure all technical documents relative to site quality control are of current statusEnsure all quality control documentation is complied and competed for as-built drawings for handing over.
