Fuba Training Academy: In 2021, I spearheaded a project establishing an internal training academy within Fuba. The goal was to facilitate the transfer of knowledge between different generations of employees. As a result of this initiative, the satisfaction rate of training increased by 10% compared to the previous year's results (2020) E-learning platform: Successfully implemented a new E-learning platform in Fuba in collaboration with an external vendor specialized in the IT field. A New Learning Management System that improved training accessibility and tracking.
