    • Job Details:Using the KPI management system with our seven CSFs (Critical Success Factors) Assisting the Internal Audit Manager for all below issues: Compliance, Ethics & Anti Bribery: •To consist of compliance risk assessment process to develop annual audit plan activities, and audit program. •Providing compliance expertise and guidance in response to inquiries and requests from compliance colleagues and other business partners. •Handling GAC Egypt Surveillance and risk assessment initiatives, including monitoring of GAC Egypt risk indicators, and tracking and reporting Internal Audit: •Prepare the annual Internal Audit Plan and ensure all internal audits are conducted in line with the approved internal audit plan, May I act as Internal lead auditor and provide guidance and assistance to all other internal auditors within the company. •Conducting Internal Audits in all company branches regarding to the annual Audit Plan plus drop extra audits if necessary. •Performing the assurance fieldwork in a professional manner and in accordance with the approved audit program QMS Reports & Statistics: •Prepare various reports and statistics related to QMS as required by the company management and submit them in a timely manner. Also ensure top management is regularly updated on the performance of the QMS, including need for improvement. Corrective Preventative Action Request (CPAR): •Assisting the internal audit manager for overseeing the CPAR process and ensuring all CPAR’s are treated with full and prompt attention and follow-up to ensure each CPAR is thorough investigated and preventive/corrective actions are in place. QA is also responsible to pro-actively generate, investigate CPAR’s OHSAS & Environment: •Start up from the scratch to getting OHSAS 18001-20074 & Environment 14001-2004 Certificate HSSE: •Playing the role of HSSE Representative. Handling all documents and reports including but not all HSSE Incident/Near Miss Reports, HSSE Initiatives and others. Procedural Review & Amendments: •Handling & assisting in conducting regular review procedures to ensure process reflect customer-focus and user friendliness, relevancy and are simple and easy to understand. Once the amendments are identified and agreed by the users/HOD, promptly arrange for circulation of amended procedures to all concerned employees. ISO Certification: •Assisting in the implementation steps of obtaining certification to current and future ISO standards & for the other sisters companies as well External Audit and QMS Certification: •Proactively liaise with the certification body – DNV to ensure external auditors are carried out as per schedule and certifications are issued/renewed on time as well as & for the other sisters companies. Supplier List & Evaluation: •Checking the existing suppliers and provide valuable inputs on the selection of new suppliers for the company. Also responsible for maintaining the approved suppliers list. Customer Satisfaction [Master Feedback]: •In charge of handling all Master and Customer Feedback forms for all activities (Port Calls, SCT, and Logistics). This may include monthly and annual reporting.
