• Job Details:Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager Sep 2019 – Till now Responsibilities: • Develop and implement company policies and regulations. • Ensure adherence to quality standards and develop/improve Quality Management Systems. • Develops, improves, and monitors Quality Management Systems for the entire organization. • Implement various international standards including: o ISO 9001/2015 o ISO 14001/2015 o Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production “WRAP” o BSCI amfori. o The Responsible Wool Standard. (RWS) o Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). o Global Recycled Standard (GRS). o Inditex audit. o PVH audit. • Managing raw material inspections team and track products throughout the manufacturing process. • Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct. • Develop and review specifications for products/processes and approve/reject products accordingly. • Monitoring product specifications in production lines. • Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations. • Supports and facilitates audits and regulatory inspections • Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions. • Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.

• Job Details:Responsibilities: - Set up an electronic library system for the management of technical documentations - Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management and recording - Develop electronic filing and archive system and technical library for easy to issuance, storage, retrieval and management of documents to internal and external customers - Maintain proper organization and storage of documents and information

Quality Assurance SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:As a Document Controller: - Oversee and monitor the internal quality assurance/ Sanitation, GMP and Pest Control audit process. - Conduct internal audit in all plant assuring implementation of system - Control of documents and records for all plants - Reviewing all document as a soft copy “old one Vs the updated” - Upload updated & new document on SharePoint. - Delist the delisted SOP's and ensure that relationship between SOPs is effective. - Supports user requests for documentation - Update master list (Documents & records) - Update food safety, Environmental management system, Safety and Occupational health and Quality management system documentations. - Ensure that documents and records are controlled. As a Quality Assurance: - Internal audits (conduct internal audits to ensure the effectiveness of SOPs, record). - Conduct corrective /preventive actions CAPA in case for any deviation happens - Handel “change control request (CCR)” with concerned parties: • Add CCR tasks and distribute it on concerned parties • Follow up all CCR tasks • Ensure that all tasks has been done, and then make sure to close the CCR from CEO side. - Control Edita Specifications. (Raw materials, packaging materials,ES, …) • Review raw & packaging materials specs from document control side • Upload all specs “raw & packaging materials” on Edita SharePoint. - Conduct inspection for production lines to ensure products meets quality standards and specifications. (BOM Audits). - Prepare ABC daily and monthly presentation. • Evaluate and classify product in all production stages into categories (A, B and C) and calculate consumer ratio and cost of non-quality report. - Handel consumer complains and collects feedback from concerned parties. - Assists the QA manager in all internal & external audits to achieve successful audits. - Makes plants walks and takes appropriate action to correct any shortfalls and to ensure HACCP & GMP policies and procedures are in place. - Conduct CA/PA data analysis: • Follow up the efficiency of Corrective and preventive actions & repor - Conducting AIB internal audits. - Responsible for regulatory section on PLS “product labeling specifications” : • Fill the regulatory section inside the PLS form as per “EOS” Egyptian standard - Updated Egyptian standers (EOS) • Updated EOS Egyptian with “Egyptian organization for standardization & quality”. • Updated all Egyptian standard on SharePoint. • Update EOS master list.
