• Job Details:• Qualifying the Authors’ professional profiles as per the journals needs • Working with Editors, Authors, Reviewers, and Editorial Boards to ensure having an agreeable experience working with us. • Working closely with the Marketing Team to ensure marketing activities and promotions are beneficial to the company’s goals. • Training new team members. • Invite/remind Lead Guest Editors to submit Special Issues (Call-for-Papers) in our journals • Follow up with the Guest Editorial team to finalize their proposals (e.g. ensuring that all included items of the proposal fit within our style like, editorial team structure, timelines, etc.) • Contact Editorial Board Members of the journals to get their feedback on the special issues proposals • Conveying the Board Members ‘decision to the Guest Editorial team • Coordinate with the online team to post the approved CFP
