Responsible for transferring process between LINK & TEDATA Arrange Monthly meetings between LDN stakeholders and other provider stakeholders to maintain SLA of NTRA Administer Switching accounts From TE Data to LDN to increasing LDN market share. Assemble switching requests from Orange Shops, collection and Follow up sales teams. Assign our feedback/Comments to TE data stakeholders for Orange existing customers who asked for cancellation through the other provider. Adopt all transferred accounts from all direct and indirect sales channels in order to optimize all the Customer processes in the switching Project. Leading, Guide all direct and indirect sales channels regarding the transfer Workflow to have the highest success rate for issue CWO from other provider.
