• Job Details:• Operates according to the related laboratory S.O.Ps. • Aware of GLP and cGMP requirements. • Aware and fully understands quality policy. • Follow up the performance of department's equipment. • Assists in new specialists' training program. • Coordinates and conducts microbiology testing of finished products, raw materials, primary packaging, water, air, and equipment final rinse. • Track and trend environmental monitoring and water results. • Write, evaluate, update and validate test methods and procedures. • Assists in department planning, policy and procedural development. • Prepare and conduct the special, projects, studies and reports. • Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing. • Supervise the specialists during performing microbiological examination. • Stock control and purchase of department consumables. • Assist measuring of performance of the process, interpretation of test results and data results and data analysis. • Act as supervisor in supervisor's absence. • Participate in quality improvement process.
