• Job Details:• Quality Assurance Specialist (ISO and Documentation) at LUNA Perfumes and Cosmetics. - Design and amendment of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all departments of the company, approval, distribution and renewal on a regular basis - Good handling of cases of complaints from customers, investigating the origin of the problem and knowing the root cause of it to not recur it. - Dealing directly with calibration companies for various balances and devices within the company and organizing visits to calibration companies. - Participation in the internal and external audit of ISO 9001 and 22000 specifications and also Cosmetic GMP. - Responsible for NCRs Cases (Non Confirmative Reports), Make it all done, make sure it will not be repeated, and minimize the number of NCRs as much as we can. - Release and document the batch record which is belongs to all the products we produce individually. •QA Specialist (IPC and Manufacturing) at LUNA Perfumes and Cosmetics. - Responsible for implement GMP and GHP at all the production areas. - Taking sampling from the products at manufacturing and filling phases. - Supervising the entire manufacturing process, starting from weighing raw materials and various manufacturing processes, and ensuring the results of the analysis of the bulk, and in the case of release, it delivered for packaging.
