• Job Details:* Job duties as The Food Cost Control Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food cost management within the restaurant. This role involves analyzing menu profitability, monitoring food costs, managing vendor relationships, optimizing inventory management, standardizing recipes, and collaborating with management to establish and maintain budgetary targets.  ** Proof of all accounting operations, whether (treasury - customers - suppliers - liquidation of custody - preparing financial center reports, budget or income statement, whether this was done through the program used by Skysoft and the accounting excel program. **Menu Analysis:Evaluate menu items for profitability, identifying high and low-margin dishes. **Cost Monitoring:Track and analyze food costs, ensuring they align with budgetary constraints and financial goals. **Vendor Management:Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality ingredients. **Inventory Management:Implement systems for accurate inventory tracking and minimize waste through efficient usage. **Recipe Standardization: Develop and maintain standardized recipes to control portion sizes and optimize ingredient usage. **Budgeting:Collaborate with management to establish food cost budgets and monitor adherence to financial targets. **Staff Training: Provide training to kitchen staff on portion control, waste reduction, and cost-saving techniques. • Job Details:* Prove and review all company accounts, whether they are book or on the program (treasury - warehouses - covenant (sustainable - temporary) - suppliers - customers - banks) * Sending confirmations to suppliers and customers and matching them on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. * Matching bank accounts and providing reports with available balances, whether in local or foreign currency. * Carry out a feasibility study for the orders to be managed according to the order limit balances for the items. * Supervising the operations of receiving containers and the extent of their conformity with export messages. * Managing cash flow from foreign currency from various sources. * Preparing and reviewing monthly employee payroll. * Preparing various reports (suppliers - customers - banks - treasury - stores) on a weekly basis and submitting them to the general manager. * Attending the official interviews of the exporting companies and agreeing on shipping orders, as assigned by the General Manager. * Preparing the final accounts and financial statements at the end of each year.
