• Job Details:Perform system requirement analysis and review system and subsystem design and integrations and interface  specification.  Analyze and test applications and programs to support the company’s products to ensure the integration of  system elements and interface requirement to meet the customer’s requirements.  Complete high level software design, specification, behavior and interface specification documents.  Provide support of products through conception to product delivery including problem solving, defect  detection and maintenance.  Support launching new bids and customer verification requests.  Createdetailed,comprehensive,andwell-structureddefectstroubleshooting documents.  Optimize processes and configuration to comply with the customer requirements.  Support testers at defining test cases implementation steps and defect detection.  Support developers at defect detection and maintenance.  Experience using Jira and confluence.  Conduct employees training and evaluation and provide support at their hiring and on- boarding activities.  Provide training and guidance to other team members.  Participate at daily standup meetings to discuss the different issues raised through the sprint.  Ability to work in a cross-cultural team with multiple-geographical locations
