• Job Details:Supervision on:- AR & Bank Accountant - Ensure all banks transactions (Transfers-Deposits-Withdrawals-Checks) are accurately and timely processed into accounting system. - Manage L/C accounts and completing the banking inquiry. - Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations with managing currency differences. - Manage accounts receivable, notes receivable and collections aging register with collections manager. Treasury Accountant - Responsible for prepare and review all daily receipts and payments of cash accounts with different currencies. - Manage petty cash, permanent custody reconciliations and SG&A expenses account. AP & logistics Accountant - Manage accounts payable, purchases (foreign& local suppliers), notes Payables register, import shipments and customs clearance register. - Prepare related party entries and reconciliations (Vision Group Co. - Medical Devices). Fixed assets, Costing & Taxes Accountant - Manage fixed assets and following up their movements (acquisitions, dispositions, retirements, schedules) and maintaining assets register. - Manage costs control by cost centers and comparing versus sales and other revenues. - Submit monthly report of value added tax (VAT). - Submit quarterly report of withholding tax (WHT). - Manage corporate payment services (CPS) and point of sale (POS). - Prepare related party entries and reconciliations (Pluryal Co. - Medical Syringes). Inventory Department (Inventory Manager and Assistant Accountant) - Manage inventory control to ensure following of the company's financial policies, procedures and performing the correct periodical physical stock Review for each location inventory. Main Duties Operating - Plan, assign, review and train staff’s work. - Review all daily financial transactions (accountants - inventory manager). - Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines. - Perform accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close reconciliations. - Ensure reconciliation of inter-company accounts and rectification of reconciling accounts within 3 Companies. - Maintain, Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures. - Send monthly reports to the CFO detailing all financial transactions. - Provide inputs into department’s goal setting process. - Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT Company for performance improvements. Financing - Maintain sufficient funds by forecasting cash requirements, financial commitments and determining liquidity position. - Evaluate and advise on business operations including sales and costs trends. Reporting - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and deadlines are met. - Direct cooperation with external auditing office in preparing quarterly and yearly financial statements of 3 companies and providing it a requested documentations. Third Parties - Direct dealing with external auditing office, banks, related companies and tax authority. Achieved Goals - Transferred accounting system from manual to systematize. - Created accounting team work consists of 5 accountants and inventory manager.
