Calculates production, labor, and material cost, reviewing production schedules and estimating future requirements. 3. Monitoring & assessing hazardous & risk situations. 4. Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives 5. Implement production control methods to monitor process output 6. Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any NC relating to product, process & system 7. Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures 8. Designing, installing and commissioning new production units, monitoring modifications and troubleshooting existing processes 9. Achieves targets through effective planning on a monthly basis 10. Responsible for Online production data collection. 11. Meeting agreed Service level 12. Reduce online rejections, rework as per agreed norms.
