Planning Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details: Co-operating with sales department in tendering process to achieve the business target regarding (customer requirements, order capability and lead time) through sale and operation plan (S&O plan).  Maintain capacity requirements plan that supports the master production schedule.  Identify and manage bottlenecks and capacity issues with the production management team.  Prepare and managing master production schedule (MPS) to meet sales and operation plan.  Lead weekly/monthly master production schedule meetings.  Optimizing over capacity issues by overtime or outsourcing.  Ensure that material requirements planning (MRP) is placed effectively and the data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required.  Managing and resolving operational over capacity issues by overtime and outsourcing.  Conducting daily meetings to discuss the operation issues with production, quality and maintenance.  Prepare monthly correction actions for delayed orders and discuss with operation teams the corrective actions.  Participate with quality and process teams for raising monthly factory OEE report.  Raising monthly and annually KPI’s: - 1) Target achievement and evaluation. 2) The delivery on time (On time in full).

Production planning engineerFull Time

• Job Details: Review the orders specifications and customer special requirements which developed by the design and quality team.  Developing production planning schedules to control work flow and ensure the most efficient use of available resources in meeting finished product requirements and deadlines.  Determine the appreciate delivery date according to production capacity and the available to promise (ATP).  Handling the raw materials and work in process throughout inventory and shop floor.  Release production orders for manufacturing to ensure they are completion schedule, and applies theory of constraints to resolve bottlenecks.  Managing daily all the production processes and execution control on shop floor.  Follow up and control on production for target achievement.  Check and review with quality control any hold orders.  Raising daily reports: - 1) Machines productivity 2) Machines utilization  Re-plan the backorders from previous month with sales team.
