• Job Details:o mplementing daily procurement tasks using SAP o Ensures accurate and efficient Raw Material supply process o Checks MRP results and sends forecasts/call offs to the suppliers o Tracks supplier deliveries, identify bottlenecks and escalate risk of shortages Jan 2024 – Current o Supports technical changes by ensuring ordering/deliveries of new components o Supports the supplier integration (localization, consignment agreements, logistics agreements, delivery performance evaluation, etc.) o Develops and maintains regular contact with suppliers o Collects and communicates nonperformance costs due to supplier o Ensures avoidance and treatment of obsolete material in case of run out or technical change o Identifies excess stock, performs root cause analysis and initiates corrective actions o Contributes to the Stock-take and cycle counting processes in the plant o Regularly reviews the supplier delivery performance evaluation
