POS Technical Support Officer

• Job Details:Loading of software for teller POS, pin issue POS, and merchant POS machines. Configuring devices in POS systems –pay263 and tap card. Zip it smart configuration & merchant code configuration. POS deployments. Repair and reconfiguration of faulty devices for walk-in customers and out of town. Merchant visits and calls to monitor selected merchants’ POS machines. Return/collection of POS for repair to/from merchants. Register monitoring POS retrievals form. POS systems monitoring iPOS, tap card, teller POS. POS product testing. Generate and compile call reports. Raises and tracks POS technical issues with vendors and ICT.

Network Technician

• Job Details:Installing and configuring network hardware software. Evaluating network performance and finding ways of improvement. Regular data backups to protect data. Designing and installing well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the network.
