• Job Details:Presales Manager at Advansys for trading and contracting (LV panels (ABB), MCCs (Schneider), KNX (ABB), CBS (ABB) and PLC (Schneider)) – Panel Builder &System Integrator. - Manage and train a team of pre-sales engineers for these product lines. - Make sure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. - Providing support and guidance to pre-sales team in bids and tenders preparation, including technical specifications, bill of materials, and pricing for all product lines. - Cultivate strong professional relationships with suppliers and key clients to drive long-term business relationship. - Staying up-to-date on market trends, our competitors, and the buying habits of our target market. - Assisting HR with recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict management for the pre-sales team. - Collaborating with sales teams to identify customer requirements and determine the most appropriate solutions for their needs. - Collaborating with internal engineering and production teams to ensure that solutions are designed and manufactured to customer specifications.
