Job Description: - Study the project contract documents as time schedule; contract terms tender drawings, BOQ and specs. - Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical or change matters that may arise during construction. - Provide surveying and site engineers land coordinates, shop-drawings and any site measurement required. - Review and submit outsourced shop drawings to the project consultant (structural, RFT detailing and BBS, Masonry, lighting, power and light current SD) - Update the shop-drawing log, inspection requests (I.Rs) log, material log, and high documents control and filling. - Prepare quantity surveying sheets, client invoices, sub-contractors’ invoices and monthly reports. - Prepare monthly cost control report and variation orders (cost estimation). - Prepare target budget (Trench) every three months and discuss with consultant and owner for approval. - Coordination between Arc, Structural, plumbing, Electrical and furniture drawings. - Prepare method of statements if required and material submittal. - Estimate project resources and conduct required procurements.

• Job Details:- Preparing shop drawings of structural work, reinforcement details, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and asphalt roads profiles. - Preparing quantity surveying sheets, material log, material submittals and monthly reports. - Follow up work package progress. Study and approve rate offers (quotations). - Estimating project resources and handle sub-contractors. - Preparing client and subcontractors periodical statements. **Cost Estimator - Studying bids for super-structure and Infra-structure projects. - Studying projects package; BOQ, specs, contract terms and tender drawings. - Preparing price breakdown based on vendor list, quotations and client clarifications. - Preparing financial & technical offers.

• Job Details:Project 1: New lock at K100 at NUBAREIA Channel, Al-AMREIA -Inspect and control quality for structural and finishing deliverables. -Check and approve material tests in accordance with ASTM; -Aggregate course, sand, steel bars, cement, water, concrete mix. -Asphalt mix, BENTONITE mud for R.C. Diaphragm walls, joints rubber sheets, water stop and Block units of hollow-block R.C. slabs. -Compaction tests for backfilling and replacement layers and calibration test for batching Plant established at Site (130 m3/hour production rate) -Supervising structural work items at site; formwork, steel fixing, cutting, backfilling and Replacement layers leveling, Installing R.C. Diaphragm walls and asphalt road layers. -Review and approve submitted workshop drawings, variation orders, material samples, Quantities surveyed, periodical statements and activities progress. Project 2: Carrefour Hypermarket City Light Alex. El-SEIOF square, Alex. Inspect site work, review and approve SD, QTY take-off, invoices and change orders. -Plastering, painting and decoration coating. -Porcelain tiling, gypsum board partitions, gypsum board dropped ceiling and sandwich panels partitions. -Marble and Aluminum works, expansion joints treatment. -Metal, timber, rolling shutter doors and fire rated doors. -Wet area deliverables as cubical partitions, CORIAN counters, floor and wall tiles and cabinets. -Steel works of 20 tones QTY for condensers of cold zones, cages, and stainless steel protection items. -Coordination drawings for suspended MEP networks; firefighting, HVAC, plumping and electrical work. (Lighting, sound, access control, fire alarm, smoke detectors, sprinklers and cameras).
