• Job Details:Managing all arch and civil technical duties and financial tasks. Study project packages; tender drawings, specs, BOQ and contract condition. Study and reply on the client, ECG and contractors corresponds. Meetings with PM and CM to follow the monthly target, work priorities and project issues. Evaluating the employees and updating the employment plan. Guiding 15 engineers to create, evaluate and update the engineering plan and Performing the following daily tasks: 1- Workshop drawings (Concrete dimensions by Revit and reinforcement details by ASD). 2- Design issues and value engineering reports. 3- Material submittals and selections, Pre- qualifications based on vendor list, BOQ and specs information coordinating with tendering and procurement sections. 4- Coordination with MEP requirements prior t o formwork drawings, RFIs and RFPs replies. 5- Reports and presentation, WSD status, material list and revenue status. Preparing revised BOQ and getting technical approval based on specs, client requirements and site conditions and prices approval in coordination with tendering section and variation requests (cost-plus contract). 7- Submitting FRIs and technical proposals (conflicts study and solutions). 8- As-built plan for drawings and QS for closing the project revenue and initial handover. 9- Engineering QS with wastes percentages for purchase requests. 10- Delivering Technical packages and quantities to procurement department for acquiring suppliers and sub-contractors. 11- Structural calculations approvals for fixation of stone cladding, handrails, fascia, curtain walls, BMU which is prepared by suppliers according to wind loads. 12- Client invoices included supporting documents; approved QS, IRs, MIRs (Material Inspection requests). 13- Sub-contractors’ invoices according to contracts conditions, payment percentages and progress percentages.
