• Job Details:• Identification, Assessment, and Validation of automation projects. • Preparation of project analysis documentation and solution design documentation. • Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization (PDD). • Delivering automation projects based on the tools and technologies in projects scope. • Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error. • Support and drive change management of running projects as requested by/for the customer. • Ensure the work is performed with high quality and completed within the agreed SLAs. • Timely raise any issues identified to the managers so that the quality and SLAs are not impacted. • Managing the backlog. • Conduct workshops with all stakeholders to analyze, validate the requirements to ensure a wide approval of requirement specifications • Document different user stories and scenarios on diagrams, wireframes, and flowcharts.
