• Job Details:Ensure that safety rules are followed and respected.  Proficient in devising comprehensive plans for the seamless execution of maintenance activities, leveraging the SAP application.  Ensure the precision of maintenance orders, diligently reviewing technician-recommended supplementary tasks and initiating corrective measures as warranted.  Skillfully track job execution status using CMMS Ellipse, monitor ongoing execution timelines, and evaluate potential extensions if needed.  Plan Maintenance shutdown, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and efficient execution strategies to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.  Adept at structuring daily and weekly workflows, documenting tasks, and providing accurate time approximations for task completion.  Carry out and automate predictive equipment maintenance tasks (Vibrations analysis, ultrasonic, oil analysis) as well as the change of wear parts in collaboration with the planning department.  Conduct periodic assessments of material and parts availability for proactive work planning and addressed requisitions promptly.  Demonstrated expertise in assessing and mobilizing the required resources and workforce for optimal maintenance operations.  Proficiently manage purchase orders, assist in supplier liaisons, and deliver regular reports on the expeditious dispatch of materials.
