• Job Details:The role encompassed both project and client management where I intermediated between the project team and ATIC’s clients, while supporting ATIC’s lead project manager in end-to-end delivery of £1M+ industrial and commercial projects. • Assisted in scheduling, budgeting and project stage planning. • Escalated changes when project tolerances were forecasted to be exceeded, and minimise the change impact on the projects. • Facilitated meetings to address scope creeps, changes and resolve issues and conflicts. • Drew up feasibility reports and scope statements denoting project deliverables, milestones and critical success factors with respect to the stakeholder requirements. • Used various risk tools and techniques to identify, analyse and assess risks in order to formulate response plans. • Liaised with ATIC’s suppliers to purchase and ensure in-spec and on-time equipment delivery.
