Financial and Risk Management: Ensure the integrity of The Company’s internal controls, financial and management systems Human Resources: Maintains an organization structure for The Company that is appropriate in terms of accomplishing The Company’s goals and objectives. External Relations: Act as the primary spokesperson for The Company and oversee The Company’s interfaces with the public, key stakeholders and Government. Sales and Marketing: Ensures the development and implementation of innovative and creative strategic sales and marketing plans.
