• Job Details:Managed Shelter Rehabilitation & Winterization program serving Palestinian immigrants directed from the Syrian crisis to reside in Palestinian settlement camps in Lebanon (Beirut and South Lebanon) • Conducted thorough assessments of shelter conditions and infrastructure in Palestinian settlement camps to identify rehabilitation needs. • Developed comprehensive plans for shelter rehabilitation and winterization based on assessment findings. • Coordinated project activities effectively with UN-Habitat teams, local authorities, NGOs, and other stakeholders. • Developed technical designs and specifications for shelter rehabilitation and winterization interventions. • Oversaw procurement process for materials, equipment, and services. • Provided technical oversight during implementation phase, including monitoring construction activities and quality control. • Conducted training sessions and workshops for local communities and partners. • Established monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track progress of project activities. • Engaged with affected communities to understand their needs and concerns.
