• Job Details:-Local Materials Components Controller. -Responsible of Ordering and Scheduling Local Materials Delivery taking into consideration Shortage, Over Stock, EOQ (economic Order Quantity) -Monthly Stock analysis leading to Great improvement amount -Dead/Slow/Over Stock Analysis -Studying Changes which could lead to high carrying cost -Following up with the Purchasing Team in order to avoid any Shortage/OverStock -Trying to apply the Just In Time Philosophy
