To offer early grades new curriculum as well as teachers Professional Development Program for 105K early stage teachers and ministry officials During my employment at Discovery Education, 2.0 Program I was responsible to lead the project operations across Egypt’s 27 Governorates including but not limited to the following: • Manage and Coach the operations team day-to-day activities. (Procurement, Project Finance, HR and Marketing) • Managing Operation budget baselining, planning, forecasting and reporting, while maintaining the financial records. • Coordinating Monitoring and Evaluation activities under the direct supervision of project manager • Facilitating F2F Professional Development workshops to 105K Teachers, Principals and Ministry Officials across Egypt's 288 Idara and 55K School, including venue management, PD logistics and resources planning • Lead the project procurement activities including suppliers allocation, management and negotiating/contracting to deliver sufficient materials to 27 governorates within agreed timeframe and allocated budget. • Lead the project regular and narrative reporting activities to mitigate risks and robust operations timeline. • Referencing lessons learned to future improve operations practices and processes
