• Job Details:As EdTech Programs Coordinator I support Education Institution to adopt new technologies that reconceptualize the teaching and learning practices into meaningful, reliable and student-centered experience. Learning suite is mapped upon institutions goals covering the 4 main pillars to accelerate the transformation and foster 21st century skills inside classrooms:  Curriculum and Content  Learning Management Systems  In-class Technology  Professional Development My day-to-day work activities including but not limited to: • Prepare and conduct Education Technology Projects Proof-of-Concept presentations to prospect clients. • Maintain projects records, market researches and prepares planned and/or one-time progress reports to support institutions to take data-driven decisions. • Conducting Portfolio Pitch presentation responding to market opportunities and sales team activities • Developing technical and commercial proposals articulating prospect technology transformation vision into mapped execution deliverables, timeframe and practical actions. • Supporting Sales on-ground interventions to ensure the smooth implementation of EdTech solutions. • Construct go-to market strategy for newly adopted products and services according to education market trends. • Responsible for conducting Product Knowledge Workshops on Learning Suite across different departments. • Developing Professional Development content and conduct F2F Workshops to support educators utilizing adopted technologies within daily teaching practices.

• Job Details:Education 2.0 is a full national-scale transformation of the education system to be completed by 2030, The national reform marked a move to skills-based learning and an expansion of digital learning. At the heart of 2.0 Program, the new curriculum based on life-skills and citizenship education framework and supported by IT integration programs covering digital content. To offer early grades new curriculum as well as teachers Professional Development Program for 105K early stage teachers and ministry officials During my employment at Discovery Education, 2.0 Program I was responsible to lead the project operations across Egypt’s 27 Governorates including but not limited to the following: • Manage and Coach the operations team day-to-day activities. (Procurement, Project Finance, HR and Marketing) • Managing Operation budget baselining, planning, forecasting and reporting, while maintaining the financial records. • Coordinating Monitoring and Evaluation activities under the direct supervision of project manager • Facilitating F2F Professional Development workshops to 105K Teachers, Principals and Ministry Officials across Egypt's 288 Idara and 55K School, including venue management, PD logistics and resources planning • Lead the project procurement activities including suppliers allocation, management and negotiating/contracting to deliver sufficient materials to 27 governorates within agreed timeframe and allocated budget. • Lead the project regular and narrative reporting activities to mitigate risks and robust operations timeline. • Referencing lessons learned to future improve operations practices and processes

Operational SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:Discovery Education and the government of Egypt have partnered together to build a community that learns, thinks, and innovates using STEM concepts and digital content. Dedicated to building a sustained STEM environment inside and outside the classroom. • Successfully facilitating 4 professional development cohorts directly impacting 1K educators and 30K K-12 Students. • Delivering 2 STEM Clubs in 200 schools to ignite students interests through projects that enrich and broaden the curriculum. • Planning and facilitating weekly school and field visits with Education Team to solidify STEM Practices to educators inside classroom. • Facilitating Virtual Conference 6 Professional Development modules. • Coordinating M&E Activities to deliver evidence-based practices for sustainable improvement. • Planning and managing annual launch event in attendance of HE Dr. Tarek Shawki, High ministry of official and educators. • Support in resources planning and allocation of education team to enrolled schools. • Responsible for construct planned and narrative project operation reports.
