Heavy Equipment Technical Advisor, Planning & Training SuperintendentFull Time

• Job Details:osition: Chief Technical Advisor and Planning and Training Superintendent Responsibilities were inclusive of but not limited to:  Effective management for a team of Maintenance Planning, Training and Administration and as advisor to Maintenance Superintendent managing heavy equipment maintenance to meet targeted company goals.  Effective management reliability engineer team to carry out, administer and monitoring condition monitoring of all heavy mobile equipment.  Producing & implementing planned component change outs schedules  Managing maintenance Planning team on HME, ensuring all work is completed in line with plans to achieve efficient & effective availability of equipment.  Coordinating HME engineering division resources, including people, equipment, spares/consumables & facilities to ensure processing utilization and cost management objectives were met & exceeded.  Monitoring & maintaining OEM contracts for service & parts supply.  Executing ICAM accident investigations, ensuring any matters are dealt with in a timely manner.  Overseeing all Mobile Plant contractors and Light Vehicle Contractors, ensuring all personnel work in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, company policies & procedures.  Developing & managing maintenance budgets, ensuring all targets & deadlines were met.  Executing Root Cause Failure Analysis when necessary.

Mechanization and Traksi ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Position : HoD Plant (Manager of Plant Maintenance) reporting to Head of Project (HoP and Chief Asset Management)  Responsible for the achievement of key performance indicators in the availability of Plant & Heavy equipment, safety performance, running out maintenance program, policy and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).  Interviews, selects, supervises, develops, and if necessary, counsels personnel according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines.  Plans and prioritizes, assigns, supervises, and reviews the work of staff involved in the repair of heavy equipment.  Ensures cleanliness and safety of supervised service center by ensuring all safety procedures and practices are observed.  Monitors and interacts with vendors to ensure contract compliance and inspects vendors' work to ensure completion of repairs.  Instructs personnel for heavy equipment repair, maintenance procedures and techniques.  Plans, directs, and evaluates operations and activities and develops recommendations for service improvements and modifications.  Keeps apprised of repair techniques to improve maintenance/repair capabilities and minimize heavy equipment downtime.  Research methods to improve service and establish a standard repair schedule.  Builds relationships with other departments, divisions, and sections by coordinating heavy equipment maintenance/repair work, minimizing downtime, and ensuring excellent customer service.  Receives, inspects, and issues new vehicles and heavy equipment to departments.  Ensures availability of tools, supplies, and parts; ensuring stock orders are completed as needed so that supplies are available.  Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required by Management.  Equipment’s: 200 pieces various Heavy Equipment’s such as Big Digger, Dump truck, Ancillary Equipment, Lifting Equipment’s and Earth moving equipment’s.
