KEY ACHIEVEMENTS  Modernization of 200 Level Crossings (LX’s) with Egyptian National Railways (ENR). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  Managed the development of program schedules, resource allocation and budgets.  Directed project team in compliance with contract terms, monitored subcontractors’ progress, performance, and conformity to contractual commitments.  Organized, directed, and managed contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks.  Maintained and managed the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
