• Job Details:• Creating a daily distribution plan based on the location of the Order and it`s weight and volume for every truck based on truck volume and weight. • Daily check on the E-COM warehouse utilization and productivity for the inbound and outbound and a weekly check on every zone and its organization. • Analyzing and anticipating market trends for the best time to purchase inventory. • Forecasting and follow the market direction and analyzing the sales movement. • Creating inventory reports and presenting suggestions to the supply chain manager. • Managing customers’ orders and creating a picklist to be out bounded. • Ensuring the business has a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on products. • Managing and defining categories and all new/old items on the e-com.

• Job Details:• Planning for inventory levels and make purchases also manages the warehousing process. • Managing the two branches team and inventory and tools and the customer service. • Supervising every step done by any member of the team and do the hard work by myself like updating the software and flashing the ECU. • Test supervise the tasks to achieve customer satisfaction is my concept to deal with any job order.
