• Job Details:● Initiated and managed new projects, overseeing project ideas, planning, supervision, and communication with communities and sponsors. ● Identified suitable vendors, monitored project progress, addressed challenges, scheduled project meetings, assigned tasks, and facilitated communication among stakeholders. ● Implemented the Mother-Child Cash Transfer (MCCT) Program in collaboration with UNICEF across multiple locations. ● Prepared and maintained records, documents, and control plans for project/program monitoring and financial expenditures. ● Facilitated the process of contracts for consultants, vendors, and external partners supporting program delivery. ● Researched and analyzed program data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings. ● Developed and implemented program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. ● Assisted program officers in coordinating with governmental and non-governmental organizations for program issues. ● Advised counterparts on legislative rules, arranged project site visits, and provided training in cash/supply assistance requests and reporting. ● Maintained program files and archives, drafted reports, tracked documents, and supported program implementation. ● Collaborated with external stakeholders to establish and maintain partnerships.
