• Job Details:Reporting to the Directors, duties include: - Cash flow management and projection - Financial reporting on monthly, quarterly and annual basis or as required - Monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations and reviews to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data - Budgeting: Analysis of historical financial data and making projections and forecasts based on sound assumption. - Maintenance and review of fixed assets ledger monthly to ensure entries are properly recorded in accordance with established capitalization policies. - Reviewing bank reconciliation - Review and maintenance of internal control systems to safeguard company resources - Monitor and mentor/train junior staff - Maintain the payroll - Safe keeping of company records and assets - Ensure organizational compliance with all statutory requirements through timely submission of returns. - Coordinate external audits
