Construction ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Planning, organizing, and managing site activities. Drawing up work schedules, technical/engineering plans, liaise with clients, negotiates and sub-contract with vendors and suppliers. Coordinate the purchase and acquisition of site materials. Prepare and evaluate contract offers and tender documents. Prepare reports of site activities.

Senior InspectorFull Time

• Job Details:• Supervision, quantity and quality control of Civil and Architectural works. • Carry out site meetings with Contractors and Client to ensure compliance with respect to contract, specifications, and design within the current legislations, standards and policies. • Inspection of construction works, methodologies and equipment. • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly supervision report and all other related issues. • Check and maintain contractor’s daily, weekly and monthly diaries. • Assist Supervisor/Consultant in checking Contractor BOQ for interim payments request. • Managing affairs with locals and government parties. • Act interim whenever supervisor is off duty or on leave.

Civil EngineerPart Time

• Job Details:• Conception, design and execution of Civil Engineering structures. • Drawing and drafting of plans. • Cost and Quantity Estimation. • Sub-contracting of Civil and Construction works. • Consultancy to other enterprises, companies and individuals. • Supervision and Control of building projects.
