• Job Details:Develop and maintain the company quality processes including documentation, training, internal auditing, corrective actions, continual improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement. implement the automation, digitalization pillars for the integrated management system and support the employee’s transformation culture. Support the company’s divisions/projects in the implementation of the performance management system based on SMART individual key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the integrated management system through continual assessment/review for any opportunity for improvement and determine their adequacy for any additional needs raised during the execution phase by identifying areas where the implementation of the procedures is causing bottlenecks and needs streamlining. Establish, prepare, develop, monitor and control organization Integrated Management System (procedures, manuals and work instructions) support the company’s vision & mission. Enhance, develop the company’s division/projects audit plan based on the performance-based audit to ensure the compliance of Integrated management system implementation. Develop, operate and maintain control for specified Integrated Manual documents, such as QA manuals, QA procedures, audit and corrective action reports, and ensure conformance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 29001 & SA 8000 requirements. Review and assist in the preparation, in conjunction with each concerned division/department of the company, the Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and manuals. Develop system and documentation for specific projects that ensure that projects are meet all contractual requirements and quality programs to achieve client satisfaction. Monitor the implementation of all quality procedures within the company’s division/projects. Provide supervisory activities such as assign work, monitor, review and provide technical assistance, train and evaluate the performance of subordinates. Ensure that the company's policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards. ensure that all aspects of the IMS are understood, implemented and maintained. Conduct training programs/workshops for employees in Quality Management System, to ensure that all aspects of the IMS are implemented. Review of contractual quality requirements, communication and coordination with stockholders on all quality-related matters. Initiation, verification of corrective & preventive actions and control of non-conformance cases and follow up till closeout. Evaluation of Suppliers/Sub-contractor’s quality systems Ensure internal quality audits are conducted in all operations/ departments/ projects by developing and updating the annual internal quality audit plan. ensure all company’s divisions/projects are provided with a relevant, timely and professional level of service within the approved budget.

• Job Details:Perform internal quality audits in operations/ departments/ projects as per the internal quality audit schedule.  prepare audit reports and non-conformance reports.  Ensure the scope of the audit covers all relevant procedures by preparing internal quality audit notification.  Act as Quality Assurance help desk to assist departments/ projects in interpreting and implementing the procedures.  Ensure internal quality audit reports and non-conformance reports are issued promptly based on the audit findings.  Ensure the corrective and preventive actions are taken and non-conformities are effectively closed-out.  Conduct the company QMS orientation for new employees  Maintain all NCR Status (Internal, operational, Supplier and Subcontractor)  Conduct training as required and provide coaching for document controllers and project staff,  Ensure that the document control processes are fully understood within the project.  Review and approve contractors' HSE staff, Procedures and qualifications.  Conduct HSE site inspection and issue corrective actions/nonconformance reports.  Energized the Near Misses Reports & Safe man of month culture.  Lead the team of the Investigation for accidents & incidents handling.  Provide a comprehensive on-site HSE administrative support system.  Review the annual & semiannual H&S performance report.  Conduct Monthly H&S inspection for all Projects.  maintain high levels of on-site safety awareness through the delivery of effective education and training programs.  Investigate breaches of safety regulations and produce appropriate reports as required by the Company and Client procedures.
