• Job Details: Developed updated knowledge of previous working practices  Trained and coached technicians to:  - Rebuild and diagnose problems of pumps, gearboxes, crushers and valves.  - Service and diagnose problems of Atlas Copco, KAESER, Ingersoll Rand compressors and blowers.  - Read mechanical drawings, pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.  - Chang out bearings, couplings and drive pulleys of rotating equipment.  - Align rotating shafts using a dial gauge indicator or a laser device.  - Align drive pulleys using a laser device and tension V belts.  - Inspect and maintain all static and rotating equipment of the plant.  Complete a JSA and safety permits required.  Established maintenance training needs analysis TNA.  Evaluated and modified training solutions, techniques and materials.  Raised maintenance standards; developed SWP and PM sheets for plant equipment.  Organized a monthly safety meeting to maintenance employees.  Trained and issued forklift, telehandler and EWP operating permits for SGM employees.  Recorded and controlled maintenance training documents.  Provided monthly reporting of activity to the maintenance Manager.
